Breakfast can be beneficial, health wise,if it's well maximized. Study has shown that kids that follow a normal breakfast routine tends to be more active in their daily activities.
following the health benefits that accompanies taking breakfast,its advisable that parents,with kids within the age bracket 2-8yrs should be diligent in making sure their kids takes their breakfast before getting their day started.
