
Worrying may have been a part of you, that you now take to be a normal daily routine. Probably you have sorted ways to deal with the abstract problem and you couldn't find any. However most times it happens like that. Many has given up on their abilities to stop worrying and accept their worrying fate. They start up their day worrying, and also end their day still worrying. My question is if you continue this daily worrying routine, then how do you survive life hurdle? How do you have a break through? how do you have a better life? if all you do is worry. Well if you have been struggling to rip off worries off you then reading through can be helpful.
Just this weekend two stories of suicide was reported, and they are really pathetic story to hear. The first was reported on Saturday where a final year student of the department of urban and regional planning(URP) in ladoke akintola university of technology(LAUTECH) by name Adeniran soji took his life by hanging himself in his hostel Friday night/ Saturday. Many assumptions has been reach on what was the actual cause, but trust me nobody can tell what was running through his mind accept him and God. There can always be assumptions. The second incident was reported on Sunday where a man had to drop from his car and jump into the river at the island. Really pathetic. That's what a worrying heart, a worrying person can do.
What is worry itself? We all worry, but excessive worrying can in depth funny happening that can be shocking. Knowing what worry entails, it would make you understand if your worry state is realistic or out of control. Worrying can either be positive or negative, depending on what it brings to you, maybe you achieve your goal or not. Worry in simple term is to feel or cause to feel anxious or troubled about actual or potential problems.
EFFECTS OF WORRYING.
Worrying to an excessive acceptance can be destructive and harmful to you. Excessive worrying can always make you retarded, and brings in confusion. There is a saying that “Worry does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow, it empties today of its strength.” this is an absolute fact. Worrying often times give a small thing a bigger shadow, which shouldn't be. Stated below are what worrying can cause

4. Suicide action
5. Confusion

HOW TO STOP WORRYING.
POSITIVE THINKING.
Do you wish you can cub worrying about little things that ain't worth it? Then being a positive thinker at all time can help cub worrying to a realistic level. Now its a deliberate action you have to impose into you daily activities, such that when you are face with a circumstance that warrant worry, you think and speak positively words that can impose strength into your inner mind.
WALKING OUT
This is a step that works well for me, most times when am unstable and have a lot going through my mind. I just take a lengthy walk and clear off all negative thought that springs up worries. It is both an exercise and a very power tool to lighten your mind.
GET A FRIEND TO SHARE YOUR WORRIES.
This is also an impressive action to take to clear off worries, talk to a friend about it. The friend can be a pastor, your mother or family member or even not a family member, but someone you feel comfortable around. This work well.
PRAY
This is the most powerful tool to clear off your worries. Hold on to your faith and take the action needed to get your faith at work. Part of the action to get your faith to work is prayer. The power of prayer is really massive to pulling down the strong hold of worries. And the effectiveness of prayer can't be over emphasized. Do well to pray out your worries to the Almighty God, he's ever ready to listen.
