1. Increases The Body Sugar Level.

Junk foods are food with little or no value, because they tend to offer the body excessive, based on available nutrients the body needs, junk foods are loaded with carbohydrates and broken down into the body as glucose, when too much junk foods are taken, it increases the body sugar level. if not properly taken care of it leads to diabetes.

2. Increase The Body Fat.


Junk foods are food with excessive fat content, coupled with much sugar content, they tend to increase body fat, so eating too much junk foods can be detrimental to the body if you are trying to watch your weight, if not properly cautioned, it makes one overweight.

3. Water Retention.


Junk food also contains much sodium content, when the body contains excessive sugar, and sodium content it leads to water retention in the body, which makes you feel puffy and bloated and most time swollen after consumption. And sodium(salt) makes one hungry and sometimes thirsty. for people with high blood pressure, junk consumption with high sodium content can be harmful.



4. Issues With Respiratory System



As a result of being Obese from consuming much junk foods, it brings about risk of respiratory issues, the extra ponds gotten eating junk foods leads to exertions, and put pressure on the lungs and heart.
