Excessive hunger is how your body tells you it needs more food to use as fuel. It occurs because of several reasons including an inadequate diet or some of your lifestyle habits. It may also occur if your diet does not contain sufficient protein, fiber or fat, which help promote fullness and lower appetite.

Experiencing a lot of stress can also be the reason you’re constantly eat frequently. Stress causes an increase in your cortisol levels, which in turn promotes hunger and food cravings. 4. You Have a Medical Condition

Frequent hunger can also indicate some specific illnesses. Frequent hinger can signify diabetes as a result of extremely high blood pressure. It is also often accompanied by several other symptoms like excessive thirst, fatigue and weight loss.

5. You’re drinking too much alcohol

Alcohol can stimulate your appetite because it inhibits hormones that help to lower your appetite like leptin. This effect is most noticeable when it is consumed before or with meals. This may be a reason you’re often eating frequently if you’re a regular drinker.
